Discuss color expectations, registration, cutting and surface treatment before approving production.
Specify the container surface, exposure conditions and any testing or documentation your application requires.
For machine-applied labels, confirm the core, winding direction, label gap and roll size with your equipment.

A shared specification keeps artwork, materials and manufacturing details aligned.

Discuss the material, adhesive, printing process and finishing details.
Confirm the artwork and agreed production specification for the job.
Print and convert to the agreed format, then confirm packing and shipping arrangements.
For supplier qualification or specialist applications, ask for the relevant quality-system records, audit reports and product-specific material or test documents. Each file should be reviewed for its named holder, site, scope and dates.

Suitability depends on the exact material, adhesive, ink, packaging construction and use conditions. Tell us what the label will contact and request the applicable documents or tests for that specification.
Please include finished dimensions, shape, material preference, quantity per design, number of designs, artwork and shipping destination. For roll labels, add the application method and roll configuration.
